u-white u-section-3\" id=\"carousel_29ac\">\n      <div class=\"u-clearfix u-sheet u-sheet-1\">\n        <p class=\"u-text u-text-1\"> A&nbsp;A\u00e7\u00e3o Social Escolar&nbsp;(ASE) \u00e9 uma medida de apoio que visa comparticipar algumas despesas escolares dos alunos pertencentes a fam\u00edlias com mais baixos recursos, que frequentem o pr\u00e9-escolar, os ensinos b\u00e1sico e secund\u00e1rio em escolas p\u00fablicas e escolas particulares ou cooperativas em regime de contrato de associa\u00e7\u00e3o, e escolas profissionais situadas em \u00e1reas geogr\u00e1ficas n\u00e3o abrangidas pelo Programa Operacional Capital Humano (POCH), conforme o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/despacho\/8452-a-2015-69927755\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"u-active-none u-border-none u-btn u-button-style u-hover-none u-none u-text-palette-1-base u-btn-1\">Despacho n.\u00ba 8452-A\/2015<\/a>, de 31 de julho.Os&nbsp;objetivos da ASE&nbsp;s\u00e3o:<br>- Combater a exclus\u00e3o social e o abandono escolar;<br>- Promover a igualdade de oportunidades no acesso ao ensino, incluindo comparticipa\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f3mica destinada a material escolar, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e visitas de estudo.<br>A&nbsp;ASE&nbsp;contempla tr\u00eas&nbsp;escal\u00f5es&nbsp;(A,&nbsp;B&nbsp;e&nbsp;C), que s\u00e3o definidos de acordo com os&nbsp;escal\u00f5es de abono de fam\u00edlia, tendo como refer\u00eancia o valor do Indexante dos&nbsp;Apoios Sociais&nbsp;(IAS).&nbsp;Quais os valores dos apoios?A atribui\u00e7\u00e3o do escal\u00e3o de&nbsp;ASE&nbsp;depende do valor de abono de fam\u00edlia previamente definido, que, por sua vez, tem como refer\u00eancia o&nbsp;Indexante dos Apoios Sociais (IAS), fixado em 509,26\u20ac em 2024\/2025. Simplificando, os tr\u00eas primeiros escal\u00f5es do abono de fam\u00edlia correspondem aos tr\u00eas escal\u00f5es deste subs\u00eddio escolar: A, B e C.- Escal\u00e3o A -&nbsp;Escal\u00e3o 1 do abono familiar;<br>- Escal\u00e3o B -&nbsp;Escal\u00e3o 2 do abono familiar;<br>- Escal\u00e3o C -&nbsp;Escal\u00e3o 3 do abono familiar.<br>&nbsp;Tipologias de Apoios- Na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, os apoios variam entre 50 e 100%.<br>- Quanto ao material escolar (sebentas e outros materiais de apoio), a comparticipa\u00e7\u00e3o pode variar de 8\u20ac a 16\u20ac.<br>- Pode, ainda, haver lugar a subs\u00eddios relativos ao alojamento e ao transporte para o estabelecimento escolar nos Cursos Profissionais.<br>- Deixou de existir um valor de comparticipa\u00e7\u00e3o para a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de livros escolares, desde que, em 2019, o Governo lan\u00e7ou o programa de gratuitidade e reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de manuais escolares. O programa destina-se aos alunos matriculados em escolas p\u00fablicas ou em estabelecimentos de ensino particular e cooperativo, e aplica-se a todo o per\u00edodo de escolaridade obrigat\u00f3ria.<br>- Aos alunos da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Inclusiva&nbsp;\u00e9 aplicado o escal\u00e3o mais favor\u00e1vel, tendo estes, ainda, direito complementar na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de ajudas t\u00e9cnicas e material tecnol\u00f3gico espec\u00edfico e indispens\u00e1vel para a sua aprendizagem, conforme previsto no&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/despacho\/8452-a-2015-69927755\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"u-active-none u-border-none u-btn u-button-style u-hover-none u-none u-text-palette-1-base u-btn-2\">Despacho n.\u00ba 8452-A\/2015, de 31 de julho<\/a>.<br>&nbsp;Como posso aceder aos diversos apoios?Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o:Os alunos integrados nos escal\u00f5es&nbsp;A&nbsp;e&nbsp;B&nbsp;da&nbsp;ASE&nbsp;beneficiam de uma comparticipa\u00e7\u00e3o nas refei\u00e7\u00f5es nos refeit\u00f3rios escolares.- Escal\u00e3o A: n\u00e3o pagam;<br>- Escal\u00e3o B: 0,73\u20ac.<br>As&nbsp;refei\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser requisitadas at\u00e9 \u00e0s 23h59 do dia anterior \u00e0quele em que ser\u00e3o consumidas, atrav\u00e9s do Portal GIAE, dispon\u00edvel no Portal da Escola, ou na reprografia e quiosques da Escola.&nbsp;Material EscolarOs alunos integrados nos&nbsp;Escal\u00f5es A e B&nbsp;beneficiam de um apoio anual, na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de material escolar:- Escal\u00e3o A: 16,00\u20ac;<br>- Escal\u00e3o B:&nbsp;8,00\u20ac.<br>O&nbsp;material escolar&nbsp;dever levantado na papelaria da Escolas. O Encarregado de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o ou o aluno deve dirigir-se \u00e0 papelaria, cumprindo o prazo estipulado, e escolher material escolar at\u00e9 perfazer o valor total da comparticipa\u00e7\u00e3o a que tem direito.O material pode ser levantado no prazo estipulado que ser\u00e1 transmitido aos Pais e Encarregados de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Alerta-se para a import\u00e2ncia de cumprir o prazo definido.&nbsp;Visitas de EstudoOs alunos integrados nos&nbsp;Escal\u00f5es A e B&nbsp;beneficiam de um apoio anual para visitas de estudo:- Escal\u00e3o A:&nbsp;20,00\u20ac;<br>- Escal\u00e3o B:&nbsp;10,00\u20ac.<br>O valor \u00e9 comparticipado na(s) primeira(s) vista(s) de estudo que realize no ano letivo.&nbsp;Bolsas de M\u00e9ritoOs alunos matriculados nas ofertas de ensino de n\u00edvel secund\u00e1rio podem candidatar-se \u00e0 atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de bolsas de m\u00e9rito, nos termos do&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/despacho\/8452-a-2015-69927755\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"u-active-none u-border-none u-btn u-button-style u-hover-none u-none u-text-palette-1-base u-btn-3\">Despacho n.\u00ba 8452-A\/2015<\/a>, de 31 de julho, com as altera\u00e7\u00f5es introduzidas pelo&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/despacho\/5296-2017-107516544\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"u-active-none u-border-none u-btn u-button-style u-hover-none u-none u-text-palette-1-base u-btn-4\">Despacho n.\u00ba 5296\/2017, de 16 de junho<\/a>.Neste \u00e2mbito, informamos o seguinte:1. A candidatura \u00e0 bolsa de m\u00e9rito \u00e9 apresentada, pelo encarregado de educa\u00e7\u00e3o, ou pelo aluno que j\u00e1 seja maior de idade,&nbsp;<u>entre o in\u00edcio do ano letivo e o dia 30 de setembro<\/u>, mediante requerimento, acompanhado dos documentos que comprovem que o(a) aluno(a) tem direito aos apoios da A\u00e7\u00e3o Social Escolar, nos termos do artigo 11.\u00ba; e que tenha obtido no ano letivo anterior classifica\u00e7\u00e3o que revele m\u00e9rito, isto \u00e9, a obten\u00e7\u00e3o da seguinte classifica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia anual, com aprova\u00e7\u00e3o em todas as disciplinas, ou m\u00f3dulos, do plano curricular, nos termos do n.\u00ba 2 do artigo 14.\u00ba, ambos do referido diploma legal:a) Ofertas formativas com classifica\u00e7\u00f5es de 1 a 5 \u2013 classifica\u00e7\u00e3o igual ou superior a 4, arredondada \u00e0s unidades;<br>b) Ofertas formativas com classifica\u00e7\u00f5es de 0 a 20 \u2013 classifica\u00e7\u00e3o igual ou superior a 14 valores, arredondada \u00e0s unidades;2.&nbsp;<u>A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 DGEstE das bolsas de m\u00e9rito atribu\u00eddas dever\u00e1 ser efetuada at\u00e9 ao dia 15 de outubro<\/u>, com o registo das candidaturas na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o REVVASE;<br>\n          <br>3.
