Projeto desenvolvido pelos alunos, Camila Bizarro, Leonor Simão e Sandro Branquinho do 12° ano de escolaridade, no âmbito da disciplina de Cidadania e Desenvolvimento. O Vereador, José Miguel Oliveira e administrador da ADC, sublinhou que esta iniciativa se enquadra no “caminho de sensibilização ambiental” que tem sido seguido por esta empresa. Assim, a empresa municipal Águas da Covilhã (ADC) vai entregar garrafas de vidro a vários organismos públicos do concelho para promover o consumo de água da torneira e reduzir o uso do plástico. Segundo o autarca, as garrafas são distribuídas pelos serviços da própria autarquia e da Assembleia Municipal, bem como pelo Centro Hospitalar Universitário da Cova da Beira, Universidade da Beira Interior, escolas do concelho, juntas de freguesia e algumas associações.
